I have purchased this item 3 times. The first 2 times get 4 stars. Good basic stealths. They are not flimsy and not easy to bend. They are not sharp at the ends and hold the hair. Everything a hair clip should be able to do at a great price. But 1 star for my 3rd purchase. The pens were greasy and smelled very strongly of industrial oil. Other people couldn't be near her either. Gave me a headache. It smelled like WD40 or some other motor oil. They are totally unusable and the smell/oil permeates everything they touch. I'm not sure what happened. The machine spilled oil but the product was still packed? I do not know. Whatever it is, it needs to be fixed. I don't know if I will ever buy this product in the future for fear it will happen again.
