What happened to you?!?!

I have ordered these giant boxes twice in the past and they have been fantastic. Really great quality and will last a few times before I have to throw them away. The last pack I ordered (back in August but I eventually just ran out and had to start using this new box) is absolutely awful. Virtually none of the tips are fully coated and many are not coated at all, making them nearly useless. They just scratch my scalp and pull my hair out. I really hope they just had a bad mileage and fixed the…

Doesn't hold up, loses shape, loses end

Disappointing! This brand of invisible hair pins was recommended to me by a hair blog I love. The lady who runs the blog called them "game changers". I would say that unfortunately they are not for the better. That's why. 1) They don't stick. Just this morning I tried braiding my hair and used some of these bobby pins to pin it up. It just didn't work. From the stack of needles I pulled an old drugstore hair clip, definitely not Diane's, and slipped it into my hair. bam! Instantly my hair held…

Perfect for fine straight hair

I have very fine hair that is slightly frizzy and straight but too straight for most hair clips/scrunchies. I often change up my hairstyle, shoulder length to pixies and everything in between, so between frequent use and the fact that I have kind of unruly baby hair, I often pin up bobby pins. I bought these because they were cheap, about the same price per pound as a Conair or Scunchi brand 50-75 pack and I figured they always stretch or get lost so it's a good idea to to have a ton nearby…

Stop waiting and go buy now!

I love these rivets! They are good quality and hold my natural hair with ease. I've found that the little balls end up being less likely to fall off after the first use with them, so I don't have snags like I do at the beauty store. I'm very excited to have about a million of these before I have to buy them again. The only downside I have concerns the packaging and has nothing to do with the actual pen. The packaging is terrible and cheap. The box was broken when it got to me, forcing my head…

Great pins, TERRIBLE packaging.

I really like these invisible shoes, but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. So mine arrived today, in a torn package that left a hairpin from the van to my porch.

Worst I have ever used

I have naturally curly hair and use coils every day so I usually buy boxes from Sally. I was lazy and ordered them here. These were the worst I've ever used. They stretched and didn't rebound - they didn't hold up and weren't reusable. A box of Sally's will last me for years. I gave them away.

Diana vs Dollar Tree!

I've recently moved across the country (to PNW) and I'm feeling so great that I'm more concerned with my looks and studying hairstyles. I started out with a few Dollar Tree items, but after a few weeks I found myself constantly changing pins. I decided to check out Revain hoping to get something in bulk that could save me a few bucks and came across this product. This rating is compared to the "Salon Quality" Dollar Tree, which is Bronze in the photo! And Diana, black pencils in the photo. Pins

Quality control issues

I have purchased this item 3 times. The first 2 times get 4 stars. Good basic stealths. They are not flimsy and not easy to bend. They are not sharp at the ends and hold the hair. Everything a hair clip should be able to do at a great price. But 1 star for my 3rd purchase. The pens were greasy and smelled very strongly of industrial oil. Other people couldn't be near her either. Gave me a headache. It smelled like WD40 or some other motor oil. They are totally unusable and the smell/oil…

Must have changed. but still worth it

You seem to have changed since my last purchase. They seem shinier (I feel like they are a lot more "flashy" and flake quite easily. The price is a lot better than buying a small pack at the grocery store. My hair once they usually flake off when I cut them I'm not even talking about trying to reuse them 20 times and then peel them off, I mean after putting them on once most of them My problem with the "best" pens is that I don't use them ALWAYS lose and end up paying a lot more Daughter and I…
