I was given this piece of merchandise from the brand that was advertised. Over the first few months, there were no major issues, although. After about half a year, the machine started leaking from all of the fractures, which resulted in it being unable to produce coffee in its usual fashion. I turned it in for warranty work, and we have to give credit to Nespresso for their excellent service; they sent a courier to pick up the car, and then they brought the replacement vehicle to me. They kept the item for more than a month while they worked on it, but in the end they gave it back to me saying that everything was resolved. Following the maintenance, the machine started pouring a smaller amount of coffee into the mug and a greater amount into the drain pan. After three months, she had ceased seeing the capsules and gave the product away once more because it was still under warranty. As soon as the problem was fixed, the machine refused to brew coffee, and I had to coax it into doing so by rebooting it many times over a period of five minutes. I'm curious to see how long it will last this time around. It is much preferable to set aside some money and invest in a regular coffee maker, which is something I strongly advise against doing. It's been three weeks since the last time the machine was fixed, but it still doesn't recognize the capsule, thus there's no way to make coffee ((
