I've always known and believed that you get what you pay for. That's how it is with these lights. I really expected more, but I should have known. When I received the box I wondered where the other one was. When I opened it I found both lanterns. This is a lightweight plastic with very small wires. I was expecting cast aluminum or some other alloy, but then again I'm back you get what you pay for. I'm sure the wiring is adequate, but due to the many years I've been using off-road headlights and the way they are wired and wired, I was disappointed upon looking at them. I confess I haven't tested them yet, but believe me, before I cut holes in the front bumper, I'll mount them. I'll test them thoroughly before deciding to install or toss a workbench to the background and rate the experience. I will update after testing.
