Review on Mizuno 411304 9097 15 1100 Wave Horizon 5 by Casey Yuh

I met Mizuno with the Wave Horizon 3. They were great! I upgraded to the Wave 4 and now the Wave 5. The Wave 5 will be my last pair of Mizuno shoes. Much of the stability of the previous Wave 3 was gone and for comparison I pulled out my old Wave 3 and tried them on again and immediately felt the difference (and something that Wave 5 was clearly lacking). Since purchasing these Wave 5 shoes I have started to have knee problems and I attribute this to my ankle being less stable due to the shoe design change. I have tried shoe inserts and custom arch supports and the latter have helped. Maybe one day Mizuno will listen to the fans and revive the previous Wave 3 technology.
