I have used 120lb Suspa gas springs on a newly added 4 foot trailer ramp. I made a ramp out of 3/16" square tubing and angled iron to support the weight of our UTV. I can lift it but my wife wanted to lift it too. In the picture I used two 120 lbs then two 80's Added lbs and now she can lift it.They are really strong and you need something to squeeze them. Also they are too strong for most standard mounts (that bend or pull the ball.) I've done my own in angle iron and bought some Revain ball studs from Beneges that have held up well I'll be Suspa again.
