These Genius Brand BCAAs are of the highest quality. I'm very picky about what I put in my body and this product passed my test! It contains fermented BCAAs that are instantized. You just mix it with water and it's ready to use! I like the taste of "Energy Orange". If you mix it with more water, the flavor will be more diluted. Mix it with less water and you get a stronger orange flavor. Definitely easy to drink! I usually mix 1 scoop with 8-10 ounces of water and drink during my workout, but they're great anytime, too. I know some people who drink them day and night! I recommend using a shaker just to make mixing easier. I haven't taken BCAAs for a very long time, but in the short time I've been using this product I've definitely noticed less post-workout muscle soreness.
