This is reported as Arduino Leonardo and can be programmed like a regular Arduino. For my use I wanted to access the I/O port and was pleasantly surprised to find that you can take it apart and get some I/O pins (seems to be MISO, MOSI, SCK, GND, VCC and RST ; they are probably set to factory programming). You can't connect everything to something that's connected to a small circuit board. However, this is a great ultra-compact Arduino Leonardo if that's what you're after. It even has an LED on pin 13 which is only visible after you take everything apart. If you're just looking for something that will act as a primary keyboard and/or mouse when plugged in, this will help with no disassembly required. . Just plug it in, launch the Arduino IDE, and write the code to send the keystrokes or mouse movements you want.
