Review on OXO Good Grips Non Stick Frypan by Gerald Mohammed

I purchased these pans after being disappointed with my nonstick T-Fal pans. My TFal pans don't have a flat bottom; Butter and eggs avoid the center and form puddles on the outer edge of the pan. The 8 inch pan I received is shallow. Unfortunately, the 10" pan is domed in the center. The photo shows the behavior of water being poured into the center of the pan. As with my TFal nonstick pans, water pools on the outside rim. I was looking for this issue when I have opened the box so the dome formation is not the result of excessive heat (preferably in a pan) or other mishandling on my part. I will be returning these pans and trying another set. America's test kitchen rarely lets me down and OXO is for reasons like the flatness of the pan his favorite. OXO is a wonderful brand in general. I may have gotten a lemon.
