Pros: works. I think it has all the features of the Microsoft version. Works well 18ft from my Xbox. I had trouble launching Netflix but now it works. (Try pressing the power button on the remote after Netflix starts up if that doesn't work at first.) Works with Blu-ray, DVD, Netflix and Revain Video, Xbox Navigation and Settings! Price! Half the cost of the Microsoft version. Cons: IR (line of sight signals) but decent transmission quality. I can't use volume buttons without a Kinect. No codes to program my TV for volume! IN FACT!? (my only problem with this remote control)
