I made it myself, 3/8 hex, (2) 16mm wrenches, (2) 18mm wrenches, (1) 10mm wrench and something, to cut the tank hose. The video on Arnott's website was helpful, but there was no need to remove the lever. I did it first but I didn't take it off for the second. Be sure to lower the shock setting before jacking up the car, as to raise the new shock you will need to operate the higher lever on the shock. After installing them, the car leveled well, but during a test drive, I received a message on the dashboard to visit the store. I connected the computer to the machine and cleared the codes and now it works perfectly. It took 2 hours and I'm not the best mechanic but an experienced mechanic told me it was time to finish it. The hardest part was removing the screws.
