The dashboard was easy to navigate, it allowed me as an HR Manager access from anywhere at any time through my phone or computer without having to be physically present where I could not see what they were doing there! It did take some getting used too but once you got your head around how things worked everything fell into place very quickly.
Nothing really that stands out here apart maybe being able to have more detailed reports would help us understand exactly which employees are most likely struggling so we can target them better? We haven't found anything yet though. So far all our staff seem happy using this system and even those who aren’t use find other ways to get their needs met such as talking about issues face 2face etc rather than just filling up forms online.
