I have been using this app to track my mood, stress level, sleep quality, etc. It was helpful for me as I can see how healthy am and what changes I need to make if needed. Easy to use once you learn how it works. You might get frustrated at first but after a while things will be easy. I haven't found any downsides so far that would deter me from recommending this app.
