Review on 🍳 Black Calphalon Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick Cookware Set - 11-Piece Collection by Katie Chisholm

I have had Caphelon hard anodized pots/pans for 13 years. I love her so much I can't kill her. You can cut straight into it. The only downside was that they couldn't be washed in the dishwasher. Anyway, I figured I'd treat myself to an expensive new set and reckon it would last another 10 years. I received them and they look good. I packed and threw away the packaging! Big mistake. When I cooked for the first time, I took off the lid and burned it with my hands. Couldn't believe the handle got too hot to touch. Who would come up with a pot that can't be removed without a glove? And I cut off a piece of chicken in the pan and scraped it. Very, very disappointing. Obviously they don't make the model I technically owned, but these pans are definitely not worth the money. Don't buy, too expensive for such poor quality.
