Too small, smells bad and doesn't match the color

I was really looking forward to this bag. It looked so cute in the pictures. However, when I received it I was very disappointed and will be returning it. First, it's too small. The pictures show that you can put a few small things in it. But in reality, my phone and wallet barely fit in it. Forget trying to put down my child's water cup and napkins. I ordered a bluish gray bad one and received a gray one (you can see the difference). But basically I'm returning it because the smell is terrible. Tried to let some air out and nothing.

Features: This women's backpack has 5 separate pockets. You can put your phone, napkin and notepad in the main pocket. The small front pocket offers space for passport, keys and small accessories. 2 inner hidden pockets and one back pocket can store cash and credit cards, making your belongings more organized.
