I like how easy it was for me to set everything up myself from scratch in minutes! The support team doesn't seem very responsive, but they do have some great tutorials you should check out before setting things up yourself if possible. There's nothing specific i dislike about this product other than not having more features we need at times. We're solving our problems of getting clients onboarded quickly while also being able to provide them access to an account manager who helps guide us through any questions or concerns they may encounter along the way.
