Honestly I have no idea why I bought this, maybe it adds too much to buy milkshake protein powder but after trying many of these in my life I have to say. rough! Not sure, maybe I used too much because the package said to use about 2 scoops for 1 cup of milk or something, which I think is a heck of a lot! And probably it should be like half a spoonful with the taste it has but. Damn. I have tried and. No! Don't ever try that again. It smells nice even after you open the packaging, but once you taste it, it's a whole different story! Extremely concentrated, EXTREME! To be honest I love this brand and everything I've bought from them so far has been good but this particular product is... just.ugh.
