Review on VSR Visor Organizer by Go Gear by Billy Ivy

Revainrating 5 out of 5

BIG things sometimes come in small packages!

It's not often that little things can make life so much easier. It does. We have a garage opener without a visor clip that tends to rattle in the loose bin in the center console so you have to fish it out to see where the buttons are and choose the correct button to open or close the door. Last week, as I started to pull out of the garage, I grabbed the handle as usual, ready to flip it over as soon as I was gone, but while lifting it, I accidentally hit the correct button and the door opened. down and cut off the roof of our SUV when it went through the door jamb causing extensive damage to the door (had to pay a contractor to fix it) and our beloved 3 month old new car (needed to visit a body shop to fix it to get it remove scratches). No longer! A week later, this little thing powers both the opener and the pin (another thing I had to look everywhere for). And because the SUV is so much larger than our former subcompact sedan, it was difficult to reach the passenger-side glove box (it's way down!) to get our car magazine or registration/insurance papers. They all now fit into their own slots in this low profile organizer that slides easily over my visor, installs in about ten seconds, and seems reasonably well designed (durable, well-placed stretch fabric, stretches slightly when installed, but tight enough to hold on afterwards ) to fit any visor. I confess I had a blast driving to the house once installed, lowering the visor, pressing the button precisely in its small mesh pocket, and then sliding into the garage without having to fumble for anything. It's important to enjoy life's little pleasures! :) Would highly recommend to anyone. Seems well made and very customizable. I hope you like yours as much as I like mine.

Pros
  • Simple design
Cons
  • Not bad
