Review on 🛥️ Relay Assy 63P-81950-00-00: Trim Relay for Yamaha Outboard 4 Stroke Engine F150 & 250 - 40HP, 50HP, 60HP, 75HP, 90HP - Replacement TRM6003, 2 Pins by Michael Lightfoot

Received earlier than expected. Almost identical to the 2005 Yamaha F90TLRD OEM relay at a greatly reduced price. Conveniently simple plug and play, and swapping takes minutes. On my model, I had to use the stock extension that came with it, which is made out of plastic rather than the OEM's all-metal stock. However, this should not be a problem as the torque on the shaft is small. FYI I thought the problem was with the trim motor as my old relay tested well with a multimeter and the trim works intermittently even if you tap the motor and it will work fine even after cleaning the brushes and armature , indicating a problem with the brush contact. However, in the end I found that the old relay wasn't supplying enough current, so it would only work if the brushes were in full contact with the clean armature. After replacing the relay, the trimmer works great.
