oh my god. I love these boards. When they arrived I was impressed. I use a large one for raw meat. Smaller to roll the dice. Easy to clean, the material does not come off when cutting with a knife. Not like other plastic cutting boards. that's when i bought it. You won't regret this purchase and the price is great.
