Homeowners New Best Friend

This UNMOT needle finder could be the homeowner's new best friend. Not all people are DIY types. But when it comes to hanging pictures, curtain rods, flat screen TVs, or shelving, most homeowners/renters do the chores themselves. It's good if one of the two screws (or more) you screw into the wall matches the stud matches. If you can see the outline of the drywall joint tape, that's usually a good place to look for a bolt. If you're lucky like me, you usually don't need to insert a screw. What I really like is that this spike finder not only finds the edges of the spike fairly accurately, but also its center. It also glides smoothly over a textured wall. Everybody's nightmare is drilling a water pipe or an electrical cable. Don't worry when you use this mandrel finder. It detects where an AC power cord is located, as well as metallic and non-metallic pipes. I paid twice as much for a spike finder that does a lot less than this one. I think this is a great deal given the features and price.
