Review on πŸ“» C. Crane CC Solar Observer: A Versatile Wind Up Solar Emergency Crank Radio with AM, FM, NOAA Weather, LED Flashlight, Cellphone Charger, and AC Adapter by Steve Fields

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Easy to use settings and volume controls, enhanced speakers and volume with clarity.

Only one problem with this radio: no lights to indicate charging or full charge. It would be the best radio of its kind. To prepare the battery, you need to keep an eye on its charging time. This is typically an overnight charge after the battery has run out. Do this three times in a row to extend battery life. Many of these crank emergency radios have tiny knobs to turn the radio on, tune in, or adjust the volume. Many have smaller speakers and cannot be heard from a distance in my city backyard. Bought two other radios and had trouble pressing the tuner, volume or O/F buttons. I don't have Giant Hands & Fingers and that's a common disadvantage of some radios of this type. This faucet has the best speaker, bigger than some others that have the same speakers as pocket transistor radios. I finally have the radio I like for controls, tuner/volume knobs or dials and speaker clarity with volume. Many other radios have a small leash, which I don't like at all. This solar crane has a thick leather strap at the top for carrying. My whole arm can hold the radio more securely. Buying this radio has many advantages over many others you can buy. I can't stand tiny knobs where your thumb and forefinger are the same size as radio knobs and you have trouble grabbing the knob and tuning in to stations. I bet the women have said the same thing about the tiny knobs that control and adjust the volume. Radio. I have two other solar watch movements from other manufacturers that I can sell. Other customers should always ask about this specific issue before purchasing. I have seen many men with bigger hands and fingers than mine. I need this radio so that I can work in my garden and listen to the radio, music and the latest weather news. I have double lot yards on the back and sides and I can hear it clearly at 30 yards with Clarity. Another plus is that it lights up when searching for your favorite radio station. I use the rechargeable battery that came with it and use AAA batteries when the other one is dead. I charge the battery when I'm indoors overnight. I will use the radio in the garden until 8 o'clock. This is one of the best radios of its kind that you can buy, 4 way power and cell phone charging. I even have two cell phone batteries ready. The bottom line is that if I don't run wires, I don't have power in my yards. I have lots of wireless devices, tools and everything.
