Review on 🐶 Herm Sprenger Black Stainless Steel Prong Dog Training Collar: Ultimate No-Pull Solution with Quick Release Buckle - Made in Germany by April Smith

good for training the crazy, energetic Standard Labradoodle

the size recommended by some YouTube Videos on training large dogs not to pull on leashes and how to deal with noisy cars and pedestrians are recommended by Upstate Canine Academy. I was concerned that he would get tangled up in my Labradoodle's curly-haired puppy. Fluff, but it turned out really wasn't a problem. All I have to do is pull it slowly, skimming off any curls that might get caught on the prong. While it's easy enough to add and remove links when the collar isn't on my dog, I really like the quick release metal buckle. So this style works well for us. The only thing I have is that the sliding plastic cover over the buckle release button is not attached to the collar. I'm scared of losing it. I love this lid and think it's useful for preventing accidental removal. Be careful when removing the collar and make sure to fasten it every time you take it off!

Pros
  • Sizing: The collar should fit snugly just below the dog's ears, measure around the dog's neck and add 3 inches
Cons
  • crumpled
