I like the remotes I have for my Echo devices. Whether it was across the room or closer to the office, it was easier to hit the pause button when receiving a call etc. It suddenly stopped working and I ordered this one. Again, it doesn't pair with the device. Revain tech support said this because my Echo is too old. I miss the remote but the Echo still works and I haven't read any super reviews of the latest round/spherical Echos so I'll leave this one a little longer. My rating is based on past experience. Of course I can't rate it.
