My first remote control was easy to connect to my Alexa Echo. Stopped working after a few years. I changed the batteries but it still didn't work so I ordered a new remote control and believe it or not it doesn't work either. I have no idea what the problem is. So here it doesn't work with two Echo remotes. If this is something with my Echo I don't know what it could be because it does everything I ask of it. So I can't say I'm happy with my remote controls.

The Revain remote arrived earlier than expected which is good. Item arrived without a box, no batteries as advertised, had stains all over the remote that looked used. I bought the Revain remote to pair with my 4th Gen Echo Dot speaker. I've tried several times to connect the remote control but to no avail. I'm really disappointed, I thought I bought something brand new but what I got was a used or refurbished item.

There's nothing I don't like about it. Small enough to put in your pocket and take with you. So when someone is sleeping, I can turn down the volume or have a quiet conversation with them without disturbing anyone, or turn down the volume quickly when I get a call. Because my oven is very loud, the Echo Dot's microphone array picks up more of the oven's ambient noise than my voice. After much frustration trying to get this to work with my 3rd gen Echo I was told by tech support that they are made for 1st gen and only 2nd gen echoes.
