Easy integration process for the guest interface. The customer support team has been very helpful and responsive in solving any issues we have encountered thus far. I wish there was more customization options available when it comes to the UI/UX design side. We are looking forward to using this software further as our client feedback continues! Not much so far but all looks good at first sight as well as after testing out their system features online and offline mode functionality - both work fine without giving us an issue or even making us feel like something could be done better if anything (which I don't think they do). So far everything seems ok though nothing major that would make me say no way. If you're having doubts go ahead and try them before deciding whether its worth taking up. It provides great value considering how easy and hassle-free it works right off the bat compared to other systems which usually require some time getting used The interface is very user friendly and the customer support is excellent. They have a pretty good system in place for their customer service. Not much to dislike. The only thing I can think of is that their customer service is not as strong as I would like. I would say they are a great company to work with. We have been using Roomito for a couple years now and have never had any issues. We are able to accept direct reservations from our website and they have a very easy to use interface.
