Great experience working together, especially since roomitopartner provided quick implementation

Easy integration process for the guest interface. The customer support team has been very helpful and responsive in solving any issues we have encountered thus far. I wish there was more customization options available when it comes to the UI/UX design side. We are looking forward to using this software further as our client feedback continues! Not much so far but all looks good at first sight as well as after testing out their system features online and offline mode functionality - both work…

Good integration with our software - Pegasystems

Easy integration in our Hotel Management Software (Pegasystems), I like that you can easily integrate all other channels too - even via API calls as well! It could be better if they have more customer support at this time for their software or products used within it; otherwise we are OK so far but would prefer having someone else who supports us here instead when things go wrong ;). We run an entire resort/hotel system using Pegasysystems which allows me access through my smartphone anywhere…
