Easy integration in our Hotel Management Software (Pegasystems), I like that you can easily integrate all other channels too - even via API calls as well! It could be better if they have more customer support at this time for their software or products used within it; otherwise we are OK so far but would prefer having someone else who supports us here instead when things go wrong ;).
We run an entire resort/hotel system using Pegasysystems which allows me access through my smartphone anywhere around India where there might not necessarily available human resource staff /support personnel nearby etc.; plus gives management information about what rooms need attention e.,g cleaning issues etc.. It has been working quite well for us since we started using it in 2015 (we also have an account at OTA). The platform provides great support when needed via email or phone; sometimes our requests require some patience as they need confirmation by their team first - but that takes time! We are solving two problems here : one being ROOM BOOKINGS AND THE OTHER ONE IS OUR WEBSITE / SPA FEATURE WHICH INCLUDES MANY SERVICES.
