Easy way make sure all your departments have access and info
The most important thing about this software for me was being able to easily deploy it in different locations throughout my store without having too many people involved with keeping track of what's going where when I'm not there myself (myself or one person).
Not so much anything else really - maybe some customization options? It has been great at managing customer engagement by allowing us to keep our customers informed while they are waiting/in line which makes them feel like part of something bigger than just themselves!

- Good product management team that doesn't try sell you things but instead helps guide your needs into solutions.
- Easy deployment across multiple stores, even if we were using 3rd party hardware from other vendors
