Review on Universal Car Rearview Mirror Mount Holder for Dash Cams - iSaddle CH205 by Justin Quinones

I wasn't planning on buying this item but I recently bought a DVR and the suction cup didn't stick to the points on the Matrix (slightly raised bumps on top of windshield) I don't understand why automakers keep putting these things on modern cars, but I digress. So I was faced with the dilemma of either buying a suction cup mounting pad that can leave adhesive on the windshield or buying one to mount around the rear view. I went for the less messy option and have no complaints. It attaches easily, looks relatively solid and has a good grip. *Please make sure your device has a ball mount connector before purchasing this item, otherwise it cannot be fixed. I have noticed that several newer devices come with fancy mounting connectors that are not compatible with this device.*
