Review on EUGO Outdoor Waterproof Bike Cover for 2 or 3 Bikes - XL XXL Oxford Fabric Rain Sun UV Dust Wind Proof, Ideal for Mountain, Road, and Electric Bicycles by Mark Patterson

I measured the bikes according to the instructions and ordered size XL. It works great to cover the bikes when they are on the ground with both front wheels next to each other. However, my bike rack only carries bikes with opposite front wheels, and so that the saddle and handlebars of the two bikes have minimal contact, the pallets are pushed in opposite directions as much as possible. Now the cover is difficult to pull on bikes. Also, it no longer touches the underside of the wheels like it did when bikes were on the ground; and it is taut at the ends of the oar. I haven't hit 60mph with it yet so it will be interesting to see how it holds up. Next time I would buy an XXL which I think will cover the bikes better when they are on the rack.
