I like these. I bought a few for Christmas gifts because I love mine so much. Please never cork again - I've found that newly corked wine always tastes of vinegar within 48 hours. What a waste. I have found that the taste of the wine stays where it should be for up to a week. I've been using it for over a week and it's still a good drinking wine, but not perfect. I have never found anything better. My first, which I used every day (a glass a day) for about 8 months before it broke. I just kept spinning and something popped. I bought another one right away - I recommend it to everyone. And yes, I've used it for champagne too - it retains flavor and bubbles - Oh, and one more important thing. Now I have it on a large wine bottle in the fridge, lying on its side. I do this often and there are NO leaks. Yes I love this shop.
