Doesn't work properly and support is NOT served!

Used a dehumidifier on the weekend. It removed moisture but quickly overflowed and water seeped onto the floor. I tried to drain the water with the flush switch but it doesn't blow. Called support 3 times. Finally, I spoke to a person who referred me to someone who is good at helping with such issues. Got his voicemail...again. I left a message about the problem and my phone number. 3 days later still no answer. Used for 3 weeks and still useless.
