Code E3 after only 16 months of use.!

This product has only been used for 16 months and is already showing code E3 and will not light up (low or no refrigerant). Only has a one year guarantee.

Doesn't work properly and support is NOT served!

Used a dehumidifier on the weekend. It removed moisture but quickly overflowed and water seeped onto the floor. I tried to drain the water with the flush switch but it doesn't blow. Called support 3 times. Finally, I spoke to a person who referred me to someone who is good at helping with such issues. Got his voicemail...again. I left a message about the problem and my phone number. 3 days later still no answer. Used for 3 weeks and still useless.

No support - heating, cooling and air quality

We received this unit just over a year ago. It worked great. A little hesitant with the instructions, but the device worked. A year goes by, then I start pouring water on the floor, and then the codes appear. Nothing about these codes, neither in the manual nor when I search the internet I can't find anything about them. The device stops dehumidifying. I'm trying to contact the manufacturer through the website, you fill out this form online and they contact you. I've done this six times in theโ€ฆ

Unpacking: Strong packaging protects unit well. My block arrived and I attached the handle in minutes. Connected and turned on. After 8 hours I had two gallons of water in a bucket that this machine pulled out of the air. It's powerful, no-frills hardware. This device is easy to move with one hand on wheels. I'm glad I made this decision. Background: Why should I spend so much money on a dehumidifier? I saved over 20%. And your Revain reviews say this block will be more reliable than anyโ€ฆ

Only lasted a little over 1 year Customer service is very very difficult and time consuming to get.

seemed like a workhorse. I kept it in a clean basement with no water issues to keep the humidity below 50 percent. The block is not very quiet. It did a good job of keeping the humidity down in the basement. I received an error code about a clog or pump failure. I heard the pump try but not pump. The hose is 100 percent clean and I kept the filter clean. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company by email, through the website and by phone. Nobody answered my numerous emails or phone callsโ€ฆ
