Tons of zoodles and more in 30 seconds or less!

I love, love, love this thing. I'm making some Zoodles and this couldn't be easier. I like the storage of the blades in the case. It's very durable and works great with everything I've tried so far: zucchini, potatoes, yams, and cucumbers to date. What impressed me the most was how he sliced through tough sweet potatoes without even batting an eyelid. Recipe tip: Prepare sweet potato strips/chips with a flat knife and sautรฉ in coconut oil with coarse sea salt, sprinkle over burgers or simply eat as a snack. Die! It's very quick and easy. It took me about 30 seconds to twist a large sweet potato into a spiral. It takes less than 30 seconds to sort through the giant zucchini I've grown in my garden. The suction cup feet hold firmly on my smooth (granite) countertop - your mileage may vary on other types of countertops. It's very easy to clean. It's fully submersible, so I just rinse it (blades and body) in soapy water in the sink. If bits of vegetable get stuck in the blades, quickly remove them with a kitchen utensil brush and then rinse. That's all! One of the best (and most useful) and most economical appliances in my kitchen.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • For retirees
