I like that you can do all of your permits from anywhere with an internet connection! You are able to upload documents directly into it as well so no need go through paper files anymore (which saves time).

Sometimes when using mobile devices there will be issues where they don't load properly or slow down but this isn;t always true either since we have had good experiences overall by far more than not having them at times too!! We use our system primarily during construction season because everything gets uploaded right away instead waiting until after work hours/weekends etc..
