My old can opener has seen better days, it has ripped more cans than it has cut so it's time to replace it. What I want from any product is that it works. This opener is easy to use, very smooth operation. My hands don't work well, but this knife works so easily that even I find it easy to use. It has no sharp edges so removing the covers is no longer dangerous and the magnet allows you to cut the cover off completely and remove it easily. I don't open many cans, but my hands struggle with even the tabs on the cans. Nowadays, this opener even works for them with no problem. I am very happy with this purchase and I expect this knife to last as long as my previous one.
