I love this Free Angle Magnetic Telescopic Phone Mount from VANMASS. I liked it so much that I immediately ordered a second one for another car. I really won't even consider other options to replace it after trying so many it doesn't really hold up and falls off, I've tried and don't want to block the vents or ruin another skillet. I need it to be flexible in position angles so the light doesn't affect the view at different times of the day and this one actually works as expected and has lots of options for it to rotate around the sphere and telescope. This is the best car phone holder I've ever had. Unfortunately after 6 months a part behind the magnet broke. All other parts are still perfect and solid. Like all of you I have a busy life and it took me a while to contact them to order a replacement part. I like it a lot and miss being able to use it. The support responded quickly to my surprise, in 15 minutes, I didn't even have to wait a day or more. They just ask me for the order number and the part picture. And let me know it's under guarantee. I was very surprised and happy to know it's under warranty. I don't even have to pay for shipping. Now that's what I call great service. It took me a day to send the order number and photos because I contacted them late Sunday evening so I sent everything the next day after work and 5 days later I have a replacement. I know I should have done this sooner and I should have known or remembered it but when we are busy we don't remember all those details and most of these products don't have that long warranty. This is a wonderful product, service and warranty all in one package. What more could we ask for? I wish many others could support their products like VANMASS does. I don't have free review products like others, I am doing this review because I really like and need this product with their service, they have been honest about the guarantee and they are a great guarantee. At this point I have not been charged for a replacement and the service has been outstanding, they really deserve it. You can see photos of both in my cars. One has been there for 9 months and the other for about 16 months. They are still strong in all parts, I just replaced the broken part.
