Winner Winner Chicken Dinner! Yes, I saw Dave's video on EEVBlog. This is one of the best $35 multimeters you'll find on Revain. Compared to other measuring devices in this price range, this is not a problem. It comes with good quality test leads, alligator clips and thermocouple wire. The obligatory signal tracking test with comfortable cables went well. There is no pause delay in the audio signal when the wires are touched. Haven't tried it with my good BK Precision test leads, but I'm sure the meter will respond even faster. I have tried several other tests like NCV and Temp and they are all good. The soft blue backlight fully illuminates the HUGE display. No squinting is required for this meter! The dial rotates well with little deflection. The rear stand is also large and very stable as it puts the meter at a good viewing angle. If you are looking for a case for this gauge, rounding off the dimensions is 4 x 8 x 2.5 inches. That's the main reason I bought this multimeter, it measures DC mV without messing around with dials and switches to achieve it. I needed a meter to look at DC negative mV to bias power tubes in guitar amps. The second reason is security. It has two ceramic fuses, 0.6mA 1000V and 10A 1000V. So here are the cons of this meter. I mean, you can't get a Fluke 87V for that price. The accuracy is not the greatest. This is 0.8% meters. Yes, which is why it's $35 with so many metering and security features. Fortunately, tube guitar amps don't require high technology, so I don't have to worry about extreme accuracy. But if Etekcity could take this gauge and improve its accuracy to below 0.1%, I'd happily pay a lot more for it. I just really like this counter, not only because of the look, form, function, price and even BK. The precision of the blue and white color style and the security of ceramic fuses. Nice work Etekcity!
