This is a REAL horographic powder. No undercoat required! The best I've ever tasted. I tried 3 swatches, one with no color - just a clear base and a clear top for 20 seconds. then tried the same with black undercoat and the same with white undercoat. and you can't tell the 3 apart! Save STEPS and POLISH! I will order more because TRUE HOLO powder is difficult to find. π
