Review on Yost Tools BD25 Steel Bench by Ivan Brown

The 3/4 inch stand fits neatly into the holes in my workbench. -used holes. 1/4" sheet steel is the definition of "durable". In my wood shop it never wears out. The only possible damage to the dog may be rust or a router bit. Obviously a steel dog doesn't work well with sharp planers. The low 1/4" profile is sufficient for most planing jobs. On the other hand, he laughs about glue and paint. I like the 2.25" length of the steel top. This gives a good no-slip buy. I've had several Yost plastic benches. I'm glad I decided to add this steel dog to my shop.
