Review on Progent by Edwin Black

I am very happy with how quickly they got us up & running within 24 hours after we signed our contract! They were able handle everything that was needed right from getting started until completion including any little hiccups along th way such as needing help understanding some things about their system which made it difficult at first but then once explained properly worked great - no issues there ever since!! The only thing is you can't schedule an appointment time w/ them like other companies do so if your computer goes down or needs fixing ASAP don’t hesitate because this could be important info not available elsewhere. We are now saving tons more money by having someone local who knows what's going wrong before sending me off somewhere else where i have zero idea sometimes even when its just something simple (and yes my husband has been trained too).
