I am satisfied with this product. It does what is described. I have 2 recommendations. First, written installation instructions must be included, not just the Amazon video link instructions. Secondly, holes need to be drilled in the metal at 4 stations that this hanger can tilt using the cotter pin provided for their holes to make the desired angle semi-permanent and stable at that angle so it won't be pushed out of your desired position at one crash. If you hang them high and they are small, you will accidentally hit them with the hanger when you are hanging things and they will end up falling into a vertical stacking position. This requires special care when hanging clothes high and may even require the use of a step stool, which is inconvenient. If it had a locking mechanism I wouldn't have to be so careful and I wouldn't have to get up from my stool.
