Very nice well made mirror except the screws are too short making installation difficult. Due to the tight fit on the stem, it takes the bolts to fully tighten the clamp, but it's almost impossible to tighten both bolts at the same time to complete the job (takes an extra eighth of an inch). After several attempts I was ready to return the mirror but I was finally able to get it to work. Except for the short screws this is a well designed and beautiful mirror that works well and deserves a 5 star rating.
