The once reliable and exemplary shoemaker seems to have become very average. I've ordered several pairs over the past few months and have found them to lack the quality, that instant comfort and support that brings a satisfied smile after you lace them up for the first time. I thought my opinion might be too harsh until I bought an old but new pair on e-bay. Of course, they were of the same high quality and comfort I had previously experienced with Saucony. Such a shame. What makes a company believe its product is irrelevant to its reputation and success? The prices for them, of course, have not decreased, only for shoes.
