The first unit I ordered didn't cool below 44 degrees and the power button didn't work. I initiated a return and Revain said he could send another squad before returning. The second device did not cool below 42 degrees and the power button was also defective. I also put a reliable thermometer in both units and it didn't read temperatures below 45 degrees. The device doesn't work the way you as a consumer think it will, but I used it in ideal conditions. And in both cases, the on-off "button" (it's a flat touchscreen style) was defective right out of the box. This is a bad product if you need something to hold the low temperatures the company claims it can achieve. Despite the above-average marketing and looks, there's a good chance you'll end up with a lemon (or more).
