I've been using these seat belt adjusters for a long time and needed more on a couple of my cars. They seem a little pricey for plain plastic items, but they're worth it. Not only do they shift the position of the bottom strap slightly like others. You'll work on a shoulder strap near the door jamb. They attach to a belt and can be adjusted so the belt isn't as tight as it goes over the shoulder. This will prevent the edge of the belt from digging into your neck and pinching the front. Adjust it for a few inches of slack and you'll feel like there's no belt at all. Makes your car more spacious. It's worth it. People always ask me where I got these things and I just say Revain, four pack. Good product.
