Edited: I would like to add that the company was VERY responsive when they tried to get me another device with a refund offer. In my case, however, I went further and failed. But I got one star for their efforts. Original: This works with one laptop (Dell) but not another (HP). On an HP laptop, the signal on one of the monitors disappeared. It's not an issue with HP's signal strength. It usually connects easily with a very long HDMI cable. The other laptop was fine. So UMMV. For a commercial streaming setup, we *really* needed something reliable, so we bought a $69 Rocketfish splitter and had no problems.
