No longer afraid to go into the water. I installed this ladder on the very small short ladder that came with my Bayliner boat. It's easy to get out of the water. It was easy to install (I'm 54). I've been looking for a ladder to install on the back step for years as the ladder on the boat was so short that you had to elevate your legs overhead and pull yourself out of the water. No longer! This ladder is long enough that you can just put your foot down and get straight into the boat. This is the best! as you work, it simply slides out and folds over the platform.
