I used this to make brake lines on my truck. Use nickel-copper tubing, anything harder will only make the job harder. The pipe likes to slip through the clamp, so you'll have to tighten the wing nuts with a screwdriver or something. The tool requires some effort, so be sure to use a softer hose. Overall it works and I haven't crashed yet so I'll call it a win.
